Tata Motors isn’t just offering a few new features. The launch of Adventure X also introduces a streamlined and more intuitive variant structure for the Harrier and Safari. Alongside the Adventure X, Tata has also introduced the Pure X persona, aimed at offering excellent value at a more accessible price point.
Speaking about the launch, Mr. Vivek Srivatsa, Chief Commercial Officer, Tata Passenger Electric Mobility Ltd., said:
“The Harrier and Safari have always symbolized more than transportation — they represent status and a deep desire for adventure. With the Adventure X persona, we’ve redefined these icons for a new generation. It’s bold, intelligent, and designed for those who want to stand out. Plus, with class-leading features at this price, it’s a compelling offering in the SUV space.”
The Adventure X variants are based on Tata’s OMEGARC architecture, derived from Land Rover’s proven D8 platform, and powered by the tried-and-tested 2.0L KRYOTEC diesel engine.
Both SUVs offer strong road presence and a commanding drive experience, thanks to their high-set bonnets, bold design, and elevated driving position. Style-wise, they’ve been given an extra dose of flair:
Harrier Adventure X rides on R17 Titan Forged Alloys and features a signature mascot on its doors.
Safari Adventure X ups the ante with R18 Apex Forged Alloys and its iconic mascot, blending legacy with modern sophistication.

Two SUVs, Two Personalities
While both SUVs are built on the same solid foundation, they come with distinct cabin styles:
Safari Adventure X sports Adventure Oak interiors – a tan oak-inspired leatherette setup with a sculpted dash, giving it a warm and upscale feel.
Harrier Adventure X embraces its off-road spirit with Onyx Trail interiors, featuring black leatherette seats and tan highlights for a rugged yet premium look.
